| This paper analyzed the transport service adaptability appraisal from three aspects; confirmed the appraisal criterion of adaptability, choice and calculate of evaluation index and the adaptability appraisal utilizing the analysis approach of the level and fuzzy evaluation assessment. It also introduced application of the appraisal method, which provide scientific method for system policy. |
